1. Refund Eligibility

- Standard Products:
Refunds are available for standard (non-custom) products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final, and they are non-refundable once production has begun.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The request is made within the 30-day window from the purchase date.

For standard products, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to process refunds for the following:

Custom or personalized products after production has started.

Products returned after the 30-day refund period.

Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at info@lynkmesmartcards.com with the following details:

Order Date

Reason for the refund request

Photos of the product, if applicable

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 2-3 Business Days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 9 business days. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

We strive to resolve all concerns amicably. In rare cases, we may provide store credit or an exchange at our discretion for requests outside the standard refund policy.
