If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the product shows signs of wear or use, it may be returned at our discretion or subject to a restocking fee.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part. In such cases, Lynkme Smart Cards will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
